Refund / Return policy

NFA Items

Dakota Rifle Co. will process returns within 14 days as long as the BATFE transfer process has not been initiated – these returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the BATFE transfer process has been initiated, and a return request is made within 5 days of purchase, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount. For Form 3’s, once transfer paperwork has been submitted to ATF, we are not able to cancel the transaction. All items transferred via Form 3 are non-refundable.

Firearms

Dakota Rifle Co. will process returns within 14 days as long the firearm has not been shipped or transferred – these returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipped firearms may be returned at the sole discretion of Dakota Rifle Co. . Shipping charges are not refundable and shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Firearms must be unused and returned in their original packaging and condition. All returned firearms are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Demo & Used Stock

All used or demo inventory items are sold as-is and are non-refundable.

Accessories

We will process returns for accessories within 10 days of delivery as long as the products are unused and in their original packaging and condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping fees for returns and a restocking fee of 10% are the responsibility of the customer.

You may cancel any unshipped orders less a restocking fee of 10%.
